Got it. But i suggest to not touch TB till car is giving some trouble and instead of cleaning plugs change at 100,000 km. brake servicing only if brakes are giving some noise or feel sluggish. Any disagreement?
Check brake pads. Adjust tappets. Throttle body doesnât need to be cleaned if air filter was changed on time. Just get it scanned by Honda for any codes. Spark plugs on this engine need to be changed at 100k kms. Check if fuel filter is dirty. Other than that youâre good to go.
Of course disagreement. Spark plugs by default are needed be changed at 30-40 K kilometers, I think even lesser milage for spark plugs replacement is mentioned in Honda user manual. Throttle body needs frequent servicing due to pathetic driving conditions of Pakistan due to dust, brake pads also need replacement after 40 K kilometers i think mentioned in User manual. However Pakistanis are unfortunately not considerate enough to follow manufacturer's instruction. I had my self serviced TB at home in 2016 due to which I created the forum ""DIY Honda city 08 tunning"" . I often keep carb cleaner sprayed in air filter suction inlet while engine running give a little throttle while spraying Carb Cleaner to keep throttle body clean. This maintenance is alhamdulillah giving me 17-20 km/ liter mileage also at times. Plus grade of mobil oil is also very important, right now I am using shell 10W 40 grade. Previously I was using Zic 10W 40. Plus I often clean air filter with air blower at home.

Cleaning air filter with blower? is it not service free original oil based filter recommended by HONDA. Is there any manufacturer recommendation about "shell 10W 40 grade" Plus "Zic 10W 40". I dont know if carburetor cleaner can be injected in engine while running lets wait for some other comments. Still you insist on following manufacturers instructions its a great height of confidence. Please do not consider it a taunt. I am just clearing some misunderstandings.
OK let me clear your misunderstandings. I don't know which car do you own but I have kept and maintained my idsi for last 11 years and manufacturer recommended oil grade is 10W 30 for this city which only comes in caltex or Honda genuine, but 10W 30 grade is not available in other brands like shell or zic so I chose nearby grade and it suits city engine very much fuel mileage & maintenance wise. Moreover, if had you ever got your car's TB services from any service center, you would have noticed that they use carb cleaner for TB Cleaner and that too for injector based engine. So just relax and do a bit research

Genuine spark plugs last 100k km, Front disc pads 40k km( normal driving) back brake leathers 80k km, throttle body 20k km,
