I dont know why people believes in meter average.I just tested with 2 tank to tank on new city, same petrol pump and same Nozel even and in-meter avg was being shown 16.5 first time and 16.8 second time but manually it came out to be 14.4 and 14.5

I had gli as well it also tends to show 16 to 16.5 but manually calculation always gave me 13People are happy seeing in dash average

People blindly follow odometers average reading. Har 200KM baad tank full karwayen gai but will believe that their city is doing 17km/l

I don't know why people believe in all other readings of odometer but when it comes to average they don't believe it. I am getting 13.5 in city from my City Prosmatec 1.3 on odometer and when I calculate manually it is same. Reset your trip meter every time you refill the tank and you will get exact average for that tank (Same as manual calculation). If you don't reset it than it will show average over the life time and that will be incorrect.

Yes bro. But even if odometer shows 16-17 kmpl then it means it mist be doing 13-14 kmpl atleast which is, I think, very good for a gasoline powered 1.3L sedan.

Not normal at all brother. I also bought 2016 1.3 PT and the average was 10km. I went to Honda authorized dealership and had its oil and filters changed + computerized tuning and throttle body serviced. Now my car is giving me 12kmpl in City with AC and Range is 400km in 70% fuel tank.

Yes you are right its actually 13-14, I have seen many people claiming that its 20 but they never bothered to reset trip meter to get actual average.

Because with manual calculation it's always 1.5-2 km/l lower.

You are the first person I've come across whose odo is giving correct km/l readings for a Honda City. Since this is not a norm, I will attribute city's km/l odo reading to be off by about 2km/l. I've been calculating the average manually for our city since 2010 and it's always been the same (off by ~2km/l compared to the odo).

Guys i have a query.. I think my suspension has gone bonkers. I have a city 2018 PT. I can feel each and every bump. I have the tyres too dunlop 185 hoping it was due to tyres but still the drive seems very off. Even on the slightest bump i can hear a huge thud sound from the tyres. I got the suspension checked from Honda south and from Toyota Creek motors both aid the suspension is fine. I dont believe them as this is not how a car should sound on bumps and drive on them. What should i do. if the suspension is fne is it because of shocks or something else? Would greatly appreciate help in this regard.

Compare it with some other city. City has a very stiff suspension and the thud sounds are normal. Comparison will tell you if yours is worse or not.

What is the drain interval for 0 w 20 ?
but mine car oil is getting black after use of 7 k (Liqui moli oil )
but they are suggesting me to use at-least 10 k
car millage is 12 k oil changed at 4500 km

Need suggestion for this problem?

You are correct but the main reason might be that most city owners are not on their stock tyre size, giving false odometer reading. That's why when it comes to manual calculation it's off by 1-2 km.

Drove the car on stock tyres till 55k. It had the same issue. Maybe with stock tyres it was an offset of ~1.5 km/l instead of 2.

I bought new city and filled till auto fill , reset meter ..used full tank.. Refilled from same pump ..
Then secodn time i used half ank and get refilled and same case that meter showed 16.5 but manually it was 14.5.

Well u r also right. My cousin have aspire prosmatec and his meter also shows exact avg of around 13. I think there are more factors to it which we may not knw. Seems like prosmatec shows correct avg .

One more out of way thing of city meter

I drive almost same throughout the tank usage milage remains same. But range decreses in funny way. Starting from 700km range in full tank it decreases fine for 100km and then ut drops exponentially. When it shows 100km range i hardly drive 20km and it becomes 0 lol..

Bro can u tell me how mu h u do in one tank. I think. City refills on reserve light on roughly 30ltr and when range shows 0km is roughly 32litre
