Yes Honda has a different system than other cars. For example if you remove and clean the throttle body on Toyota Cars and reset the ECU it will reset the air flow settings but on Honda it wont.
For Honda you can use a Scan Tool which will do everything on just a click but you can manually do it to.
Reset the ECU.
Put the key in the ignition and turn it to the ON position for 2 seconds then back to OFF position
Again turn they key to ON position for 2 seconds and then start the car.
Hold the RPM at 3000rpm until the radiator fan turns on. As soon as the radiator fan turns on release the accelerator pedal and let the car idle for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes turn off the engine
Now normally turn on the engine let the rpm settle to 800-1100 and start driving. Further calibration will be done by ECU after the car has been driven a few Km's
