Its better to find things from local auto market. I was getting bored at home now a days due to lock down. A thing comes in my mind that I had never cleaned throttle body of my car and its at 55k now. So decided to clean it myself. Watched many youtube videos and think it an easy job. I had the desired tools and it was just two nuts and a small clamp to open. removed the air filter body from throttle body. It was not much dirty and I just spray some petrol on it and clean it with tooth brush very softly and then again spray petrol to remove all the dirt and it was shining like new. Real thing comes when I install the airfilter body and start the car and RPM becomes unstable and needle was continuously moving between 1000 and 2000. engine was like up down up down. I removed battery and reset the ECU but noting. Called the dealership and they said I messed up the IDLE SENSOR with tooth brush and repair can be around 15-25k depending upon the condition of throttle body. I goes to a local mechanic he said throttle needs to be recalibrated after each cleaning. He attached the computer with OBD and after 15 min he reset every thing to factory settings and RPM was like new. Cost was 500 rupees. He also said that there is nothing in throttle body which can be messed with toothbrush.

Yes Honda has a different system than other cars. For example if you remove and clean the throttle body on Toyota Cars and reset the ECU it will reset the air flow settings but on Honda it wont.

For Honda you can use a Scan Tool which will do everything on just a click but you can manually do it to.
Reset the ECU.
Put the key in the ignition and turn it to the ON position for 2 seconds then back to OFF position
Again turn they key to ON position for 2 seconds and then start the car.
Hold the RPM at 3000rpm until the radiator fan turns on. As soon as the radiator fan turns on release the accelerator pedal and let the car idle for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes turn off the engine
Now normally turn on the engine let the rpm settle to 800-1100 and start driving. Further calibration will be done by ECU after the car has been driven a few Km's

Actually dont want to spoil their repute. I did not let them inspect the car just talk on phone. May the guy miss understood me. But in reality they are 10 time expensive than local market. This thing was also discussed by Suneel Munj in one of his program on youtube. He also advised to check the local market first for repairs.

i am hearing noise of some loose bolt from front left side of car door but when i press the mirror the noise goes

Its not a big issue they can fix it under warranty. But if you do not have warranty, they will replace all the locks and fittings. They did not reuse any removed door trim lock. It can be an expensive repair at dealership. I will also not advise to let road side people to mess with it because can never fit it like original again. Best bet is to let it like that.

yes i also took my aspire to honda point , i replaced the interior light bulb from them under warranty and even for that small light bulb it took them 3 to 5 days but eventually it got fixed. To claim warranty you have to have your warranty booklet with you when you show them the problem without it they will not accept warranty claim . If your car has not any after market modifications your good to go as even with the slightest modification to the car they can deny right there. I you know a person there it may be that your fualty part may be fixed or replaced under warranty even if its not covered in it as at dealership these people try best to prove that it was the ownera fault not theirs!

I have a 2018 Aug city 1.3 PT.....Car was working fine before locksown started but after around 3 weeks when i took my car for a grossery items pick up i heard a noise coming from driver side it was like tick tick tick getting loud with time passes....I am thinking of taking my car to dealership and if there is some issue with hub or someother thing will it be changed under warranty or not.Thanks.

Bro maybe there's a small stone stuck in the tyre of that side. Please do check.

Once I had this problem and the culprit was a bolt stuck in the tyre. Fortunately it did not puncture the tyre but was inside the tread. Inspect your tyre thoroughly otherwise you have two year warranty and they should fix it. If they deny warranty just submit a written application to the dealership for claim of warranty and also write that if they did not fix it you have right to go to consumer court. CC this application to HONDA highups also.

Problem resolved..........I looked and found a stone in the Tyre struck in it.Thanks for the advise anwar bahi.

Aoa everyone,
I met an accident and damaged my car's bumper, grill and bumper bracket. Thanks God that much isn't damaged.
Please guide me that should I go for Kabuli parts or new Taiwaan parts. Since the dealership is charging way too much. Which parts would be more feasible and durable either Kabuli or Taiwaan. And where to source easily in Lahore?
Car is City 2013 and this is going to be first replacement since till date car is total OEM
