At the moment you only need to change the brake and clutch fluid. Both are recommended to be changed after 3 years by Honda. MTF is to be replaced at 60k kms.

Went for oil change at 3s. Brought my own purchased akebono brake pads as odo was 60k and needed changing. Took their service package as then i wont have to pay extra for brake pads. But, it was found that brake oil, clutch oil and gear oil is low and needs changing. When removed the front tire for brake pad change, boot that protects the brake piston was torn and dusty and whole brake kit replacement is required. While going in i felt smart that i saved altleast 8-9k by bringing my own pads but in the end felt stupid while leaving the 3s.

i have 2007 model city ony 11k driven all in oirginal condition
i dont ever change its disc pad or any oil other then engine oil

Although first coolant change is recommended by Honda at 200,000 kilometres if the coolant is not contaminated but if you still wish to change it, type 2 is recommended and yes you can use other coolants as well but only after completely flushing out the old coolant.

A DIY solution is to open horn button lid and cleaning the points. But for that purpose you need to open two screws on sides of steering wheel and lid comes out. Problem is that screws need a tool called "star alkey" which is hard to find in market. If you manage to borrow from somewhere this is a 10 min job. Otherwise goes to any electrician and ask him to clean the points. Never use sandpaper too hardly. Just some gentle swipes can remove the carbon.

I don't think brake pads replacement of 11k driven vehicle will be required. Yes you can opt for brake servicing from some reliable mechanic, he will clean the disks drum and also comment on condition of disk and pads.

Last time I checked Honda 3s was charging 3000 for brake servicing. 30 min and 800 rs job from any reliable and competant mechanic.

Air filter = 2750
Service package: throttle, brake, balancing and allignment= 4500 + 400 for weight
Akebono brake pad = 5000/ bought online
Brake kit = 3500
Brake kit change labor = 1500
Resurfacing of rotors = 1000
Brake bleeding and refill, clutch oil top up, coolant top up = 600/ given to mechanic and he did all this from his secret leftover lube collection 🤫

Could you please advise me what should i use in the bottle connected with the radiotor in Honda City 2018. Honda recommended that coolant must be filled whenever it is below from its points. However guys in Honda Pit Shop use to fill simple water in it.

Dealers also just use water. Just buy a bottle of honda coolant and ask them to use it instead. Or just top up yourself and ensure they dont add water whenever your in for a service.

Simple water will contaminate the coolant which will cause the boiling point of the coolant to drop and will also cause the freezing temperature of the coolant to rise. Secondly, a contaminated coolant may not effectively keep the corrosion away. The type of coolant that is already in the reservoir bottle and the radiator, should be used to top it off.

I have a 1.5Aspire 2016. Around 80k km driven. Out of no where last week when I started the car and shifted it in “D” there was a slight vibration which went a away after a second. This is happening from last week. Keep in mind it’s still on original plugs which seems to be a issue for a layman like me. But i just wanted to confirm the root cause? Secondly where to buy Plugs except dealerships ?

I have honda city2018.... Last week my car got hit by DOG at high speed.... No damage to Front bumper ... Thanks to Allah.... But my front right side Fog light damaged.... No effect on fog light front glass but its plastic fixture and inside tube is fully destroyed.... Is there any solution? Can i get tube from market? Original fig lights are soo expensive.....

May be from kabli parts market. Otherwise new fog lights come in pairs only.
