The unit has two sockets. But in dash there is only this grey grip.

After two hours at 3s. They have two opinions, either it needs a adapter grip or unit is faulty. The person i bought it from assured me it is 110% working

So the head unit turned out to be a faulty one. Apparently main power IC is not working and couldn't be replaced. New board has been sourced from market which will cost around 6k.

can u tell which one is fake and which one is original , left one i purchased from flag ship store of caltex on Daraz. It seems like premixed( feels like 50/50) but on bottle it says it is concentrated. On Right side i purchased 2 years ago ant it was really Concentrated (like 20w 50 oil) can u guys help me ?

The container on the right is the same as that on the Caltex website. Look at the Danger/ Warning label.

But maybe that website has not been updated in two years and the new label has changed to the one you have.

Got it repaired. Electrician replaced the board and charged me heavily. Marta kia na krta. Now season 2 of zalalat has started. Following are the problems now:
1. GPS is not working. Connected the GPS antenna that is used for Chinese android unit using original grip.
2. No output in Right side speaker.
3. Volume starts going down on its own while you drive. Stops doing this when you put the gear in reverse. This happens 8/10 times.

Last visit ha electrician ka aaj. Will write it off if it didn't work after that.

Well it is working finally. Turns out grip and socket were not in match. Electrician cut some wires and did some mixing of wires and now it is working normally. Still some fiddling is required. In fact, whole grip will need to be re wired after manually checking each wire. Currently he cut off steering button wires, both speakers are working but in mono not stereo. Reverse cam is not connected.

Guys I got my city idsi mileage on islamabad-Lahore motorway with full AC. 392 Km in 26 liters. Still 20-30 km more to go. Approx 15.5-16 km/L average Alhamdulillah

Aoa guys I need you opinion. Need to leave the car for around 40-50 days. Should I disconnect battery terminals or leave as it is. Will the ecu reset after terminals removal? Daewood maint free batt is installed in car.

It is advised to disconnect the battery to prevent it from draining. And yes, the ECU will reset if you remove the terminals.

The battery should be consuming less than 0.1Ah so around 2Ah per day, for 1-2 weeks its okay but for 40 days it will be drained completely. Better to disconnect it and inflate the tyre pressure to 36-40psi as well.
