control arms both sides - in desi language its called kenchi. you must have worn out rubber bushings and loose ball joint. it is a trick of suspension walas to ask you to change the complete kenchi - never do it unless it is broken or deformed - as only new bushings and pressing of ball joint makes them work again flawless for good amount of time.
also, ensure your shock absorber's nuts present inside the bonnet are tight - if they are loose, ths dug dug sound will show up.
