Yes memory has served you correct, I got the clutch plates done recently an they are fine with my original air box. Guess Honda walay will again be receiving funds from me......

hmm... must be clutch plate then! i dont know what exactly they didnt do right but somehow, its about installation of pressure plate.i guess the amount of torque applied on all the nuts of pressure plate should be same.if it differs, it will shake!

Bro my car is reducing small amount of water after three days - four days ..have to pour half liter bottle...consulted with mech he told me to pour coolant and this is very normal in summer ..suggest me which coolant & how much it is reqd to be mixed with water...kindly also quote me the price...
Should i take flush the radiator then how do i know that i level of water and coolant is half or how to insert the correct level of coolant with water..

bro reducing water is NOT normal for any engine even in summer! it means theres either some leakage in ur radiator (or pipes) or the gasket is damaged from somewhere.get ur car checked first.see if there is some milky stuff ( chocolate colored fluid) in the engine oil.if yes, u are in trouble! the water and oil are mixing and u need to get it fixed immediately.

get coolant for ur car only when there is no reduction in the water level.my car never reduced water (apart from little water from reserve tank) in 2 lakh kms of driving.and recently, i got guard coolant filled in it because the ratio of coolant to water was not appropriate due to draining a lot of radiator water for clutch plate change.

ok bro i ll surely get my car checked today ..btw can i check my self the oil ..like in other car people used to open the tappet cover to see for mixing of oil with water...anyhow i ll surely get my radiator checked as well as engine for mixing of oil.........

bro u can check it without opening the cover.open the engine oil cover and see if there are milky droplets on the inside of the oil cap or just take out the engine oil dip stick and see if theres anything in there.

JAWANO ?? Kithay reh *** hoo?? Ahmed, the prep for yer paper going well or going in well?? Today i had to go Sheikhupura EDO office for a firms registration. Highway driving averaged around 17 this time around, guess weather was cooler than my previous trips, cooler air must have had some effect. This time it was only two people an car never went above 2.8 rpm. Though when i came back to office an parked the ride,it started to rain right before Juma prayer. Around 6ish after our shackles were opened an we made a mad dash for freedom ( jan chuti lakhon paye, laut kay budhu ghar ko aye) the car decided its been a good mate for a long time an it was time to get sick........At the base of a little ramp the car refused to go above 2 on the rev meter, it stayed that way for a few secs, more like a life time for me........then suddenly it burst to life. Shayad kabaz hogaye thi.....anyway i reached jail road an the engine light switched on. I was in no mood to get out an see if anything was foul. Drove back home an continously observed the rides behaviour. Up till campus turn on the canal it wasnt able to cope with auto acceleration by the A/C turnin on. Somehow it became afraid when i warned it in polite terms.....an became a good gaddi ta putar after a while, just had a little drive to check if takleef persists but lecture moasar tha aur mufeed bhi. Anybody here talk to their car as well ya yeh khoobi meray mai hi paye jati hai ?

ahaannn... thanks for the info! i remember the total logo on one of the HONDA oil can.they both are good enough for ur car.10w30 is good for summers.however, 5w20 or 5w30 would be better for winter!

I think the first part 5w or 10w is for winter, the lower this number the less viscous oil in winter. As oil is multiviscous so 2nd part e.g 20,30,40 etc is for summer. So in summer the second number should be high.

yes driving at a very low rpm puts a lot of stress on the crank shaft i.e when ever the engine is struggling to keep up the whole pressure goes to the crank shaft and you know pistons rings and valves are replaceable but the not the crank and repairing is never half as good as the original so it is advised to not drive at very low rpm 800-1500 constantly for more then a 100 meters as in long run its gone cost u the engine...

need some help,,, my friend has a 09 city he travels from multan to lahore twice a month visiting many cities on the way for business, now the car has the same knocking issue in 2nd gear as in many 09 city,,, upon my advice he went to 2 different dealerships but both refused that there is need to update the ecu... now what to do???? if any one knows a person from dealership who can help???

preparation is going good bro.its the easiest paper among the three, so wont be an issue
well well well, 17km/ltr is gud enough bro! im surprised to hear that rpm problem of urs! before i start to guess the problem , let me say " tuning kara lo paa ji" hehehe... ur car needs it badly.
as for the check engine light, today, when u go to the garage to say good bye to ur car (since u have this ability of talking to ur cars, are u micheal knight? :P) open the hood, take a spanner out and unhook the battery terminals of ur car.let them stay off for 30mins or so.whole night wud be fine too.this way, u r gonna reset ur ECU the manual way.
similar thing happened to me once, the car would start and then as soon as it switched to cng, the rpm wud drop down to ZERO! even if it was at 6000 when on petrol. fortunately, the doctor of my car was nearby, i called him and there he came with his diagnostic tool.he plugged it, reset the ECU and off it went!! problem solved!

exactly! the larger the second number, the better it is for summer and lower the first number, better it is for winters. synthetic oils are well known for the best of both worlds, thats why some of them are 5w40 or 0w40 ! very wide range!
