Nice! around the globe, (okay im exaggerating ) Honda city is being used for multiple purposes by all classes of people.ur car looks like a work horse too, just like mine i think i said this before too, ur civics are pampered while city does the everyday jobs

yes driving at a very low rpm puts a lot of stress on the crank shaft i.e when ever the engine is struggling to keep up the whole pressure goes to the crank shaft and you know pistons rings and valves are replaceable but the not the crank and repairing is never half as good as the original so it is advised to not drive at very low rpm 800-1500 constantly for more then a 100 meters as in long run its gone cost u the engine...

oh! thanks for warning me about that bro! i ve been doing that for some time now! whenever im in cruise mode, i drive in 5th gear at 30-40km/h and rpm drops below 2000.wont do that again! thanks a lot!

Guys Just came back from a 5500 Kms trip from Karachi to Lahore and onwards to Naran as well on my City 2011 (M/T)(all stock). My City 2011 pulled these miles superbly. I did some running in the city as well. All mileage on AC and the average I got was 14.1 kms/lit.

I believe it to be reasonably good. My City ODO stands at 7500 Kms now.

Return passage was in one go from Lahore to Karachi.

I am very happy and satisfied with my ride.

Just wanted to share my experience with PW members.

great! karachi to lahore and then naran and back to karachi is very long journey and its very demanding too! at times u have to push the car to limits!

good to see yet another satisfied Honda City owner 14.1km/ltr is quite reasonable too.

what should i do if oil drain plug slips due to overtightening and some of threads in bottom pan are lost.
In entire oil change span (5k), i put 2 times, 4-5 spoons of oil.
The oil leakage is very low, should i leave it. one of mech. told me they usuall drilled new hole in it.
But my opinion is to weld a bolt on oil pan at same place where plug goes into pan. And then put new fresh oil (bcz weld will burn oil inside).

herz what i would do if in same situation on next oil change, jack stand the car take off the oil sump myself, in 2000-2003 its possible dont know of ur model, take the sump to the kharadia and take either two approaches, one is that nut thing u told, i would go for an over sized bore or try to rethread the same size.

hmmm... i m not sure about the best way to fix this issue. i once hit the oil chamber on a brick at high speeds, it was ruptured.1x1 inch hole. i got it silver welded and even after 3 yrs now, its going well.as good as original.
but ur case is different... i would second @mahmood bro's opinion!

ustad ji aik kaam tu karin aap, i am sick of my player, infact definatley its me and not the player itself, but i cant understand its tuning techie, put a tutorial here how to auto tune and manually tune channels on radio, here are few things i need to be covered in the tutorial
1:- how to get rid of this silly 5 digit on top of clock symbol which means that each point of tuning will take two clicks to the next point, very annoying
2:- how to auto tune all channels
3:- once you press right left button tuning continues and it stops at next channel

player is same as urs its KRC-265 and i know sounds like really ajeeb sorta post but u know its the small things that are most annoying

i ll certainly do that sir! (though i ll have to get a high definition cam first) im not sure if i know it any better then u but i think i ll be able to explain it to u.and dont worry, its not an ajeeb sorta post at all
