Honda City - Fuel pressure drops to 30 psi

Hello everyone. I am facing pickup issues in my 2013 City 90k on ODO, the throttle response is very slow. I usually do not turn the ac on when the cold engine sign is on, but when I do the car literally does not respond to the throttle. Did everything, installed NGK iridium plugs, cat con cleaned, throttle cleaned and injectors serviced.

Then I brought it all down to the fuel pump and had the fuel pressure tested. It starts at about 42 ~ 44 psi and in just seconds drops to 30 psi whereas the normal fuel pressure should be 50-55 psi and the pressure should hold I will be replacing the fuel filter this week as it has not been touched ever. Should I replace the fuel pump too? Or is the fuel pressure regulator bad?

At idle honda says,

"Read the fuel pressure gauge. The pressure should be 320−370 kPa (3.3−3.8 kgf/cm 2 , 47−54 psi).
If the pressure is OK, the test is complete.
If the pressure is out of specification, replace the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel filter, then recheck the fuel pressure."

change the filter first and see.

Yes, at idle.

I think that the fuel pump is weak. As it did not even provide fuel pressure according to specs initially. Though I will re check the pressure after changing the filter.

are you going with genuine honda parts or aftermarket?

Aftermarket. I got Asakashi (Japan) fuel filter. If I'll have to replace the fuel pump I'll go for aftermarket aswell with HKT fuel pump.

First, make sure the fuel filter is fine and there's no leak in the fuel pump housing or fittings.
