Honda city genuine key

I lost my Honda City genuine remote key with immobilizer. I tried my best to find that key but all in vain. I have a second key but it is without remote control. Is there any way to find out my lost key. I asked Honda dealership about new key they told me that new key could cost around 14 to 15k including immobilizer and key activation charges.

I got duplicate genuine key for my HONDA CITY from HONDA dealership in Rs. 11500 (including key activation).
