Try using another car. You will curse your city too. I challenge you to drive cultus 2019 you will experience better handling and your term "buttery smooth" driving experience. Any pkdm is better thn city. Specially in the price they are offering.

Well i am using city 2015 model for more than 3 years.
My experience is almost same as all others. Suspension is very hard. I live in mandi bahauddin where are roads are in very bad shape. I wish if if i have more budget then definitely i would have bought a corolla. A bigger car and lovely suspension. I drove 2009 model cultus last week here in mandi bahauddin and believe me that its suspension was mucb better than city. On rough roads it feels very very hard and seats are not good either. Whenever i drive more than an hour i always feel pain in my back. These are cons of city.
Now coming to pros, most budget sedan available and its reliable car. Infact equally reliable as corolla.
AC is awesome. Even in full hot day of june, you won't complain of its AC.
Fuel economy is exceptional when compared to corolla. Baki pason k lehaz sa thek ha city bhi. I always put cushion on my back on long routes to avoid backache and it works.
And keep in mind that city is better than xli, and gli is better than city but much more expensive.
I am comparing 1.3 corolla to 1.3 city.

But as you are living in islamabad, i dont think that you are going to face any kind of problem regarding suspension.
Roads are good there. So i guess you can biy city.

I travelled to Lahore today on city and first time tried city on long route. The seating comfort is pathetic to say the least and stock tyres make lot of noise. Apart from that braking , power, handling all is good but but comfort.

Well bro, I am the owner of a city 1300 cc, prosmatic, got zero meter way back in 2014. Its Alhamdulilah giving me trouble free operation. You only gotta replace the oil/lubricants periodically and that's all. Well as far as its hard suspension, since I have driven both honda city and toyota corolla there is a difference but a slight difference only. If corolla is 100% smooth suspension wise, city is 90%. Not more than that. But as far as the power to weight ratio and the handling honda city is far superior than corolla. So if you have made up your mind for honda city i would advise you to go for it. Its a good decision. All the best.

Over exaggerated.. get yokos v552 and city is excellent..corolla is certainly more comfy but nothing wrong woth city.. kept both cars and currently have corolla but city is a great family car...people blaming city actually don't even have a city..or may be they sre driving on very poor roads..in Lahore or Isb..city works fine..no comfort issue.. just keep fabric seats...

Aray Bhai city kabhi drive bhee kee hai...city bohat outclass gaaree hai...I bought it in 2017 and am very satisfied with me decision...drive is smooth as silk....on carpeted city roads it is a joy to drive...even on bad roads the response is not that bad...

If u move from hatch to city..its outclass..i moved fro city aspire to Grande and while Corolla is certainly more comfy...there is no day night difference in city.. city never gave me back ache.

I found city to be very uncomfortable. Of course you can disagree with me but there's alot of folks who agree with my sentiment. I can't understand why city divides opinion so much lol

Sir many people follows word of mouth..i know people having mehran and blaming city ...corolla. mh aspire was bit hard due to leather seats ..no doubt but after changing tyres..i enjoyed its ride. Then when i got Grande..i thought of a day night difference while it was not. I found city fabric softer and comfortable on seats though. Advan db v551 was what i was using. Achi car hai bhai aur kia miltaa hai..ab ciaz hi aik wur option reh gya hai us price main.. some how wagon r is very comfy:) i agree on this strongly..wagon r is soft...really soft

Perhaps you are right. But my personal experience was that I found city particularly uncomfortable. The moment the car started rolling I thought wow this is bad. And it was a brand new car on a perfectly paved road.

Major issue with city accordingly to my experience was never comfort..it was stability at 130 kmph when some bus passes by the car..it rattles and used to give me goose bumps. This is the major turn off due to its body weight perhaps.. My friend switched to 16 inch oem wheels from Malaysian gm2 but stability added just 10%..i call it city as its good in city...feels unstable on highways..somehow.

For stability at high speeds get goodyear eaglesport tyres...I have them and the car remains stable even above 160...
