Honda City idsi 2006 RPM goes up when press clutch in moving car

Hello,

I have Honda City IDSI 2006. Whenever I reset the car by removing battery terminals, when pressing clutch in moving car, rpm goes up to 1700-2000 until car is stopped. When AC turns on/off rpm fluctuates. Car pickup and average increases but rpm stays unstable. After driving 200-300 km, rpm comes back to normal with ac, pick and average decreases and same issue persists when pressing clutch in moving car.

It has L13A engine replaced. Replaced throttle body, IACV, TPS, Plugs, Coils, MAP sensor, injectors and Fuel Pump. Engine health is good. It also makes random "phuk phuk" noise from exhaust when car is warmed up which indicates there's missing somewhere.

There's no vacuum leak.Checked all the pipes.

TPS absolute position is 9.8%. IAC command at 17.25. Injector pulse at 2.5 (ac off) and 3.4 (ac on)

donot set tp on voltage basis. tps should be set to 9.8%*as farhan said at ignition on with scanner connected. use locknut solution for tps screws. check ur thermostat and radiator fan for auto

TPS set at 9.8%. Fan is auto but thermostat valve not installed. Do you think thermostat is related? My wild guess is it could be a bad PCV valve?

wrong vacuum pipes also lead to this type of situation
check air bleed pipe on transmission casing maybe someone put it in vacuum line*this happened in my nissan sunny 2005.
yes iacv valve maintain rpm on reading of ect sensor when clutch is pressed load releases rpm increases my wild guess

Problem resolved after installing thermostat valve.
Possible reason was coolant sensor signalling ECU about engine not warmed up.
