Honda City IDSI 2007 Vario Oil Seepage, need expert advice

Recently I have seen minor oil seepage from the pipe attached to the air cleaner box, pic attached for reference, please advice.

Minor Oil reduction after 2500 km

Havoline 10w30 being used

Mileage 370000 km

According to the current condition, as shown in the pictures, it looks like the engine of your car is getting weaker. I suggest you to start using 10w40 or even 20w50 of Havoline if you feel the need and by that I mean to say that if you use 10w40 and your car is still reducing the oil, then the best solution, for now, is to switch to 20w50.
If the issue still persists, then you need to consult some expert mechanic for overhauling the engine of your car.
I might be wrong, but according to my knowledge, I'm just suggesting these few things based on the details that you've provided.
The rest is your choice.

Check the car's pcv valve. It may be faulty. What viscosity and grade are you using in your engine?

Since day 1? If you've been using it for quite a while, with regular oil changes along with filters, I think it may be your PCV Valve. An easy way to check it is by taking it out and blowing in it, it goes in one way only.
Rule out the small potential problems before you make a bad decision (Read as: Bees pachas daalo ustad ehenjan purana hai)

Yes Sir from day 1, with regular oil changes and filter changes. 20w50 will be my last option before i go for engine swap, i will check the PCV valve for sure..much thanks brother

bhai ye to PCV valve ka issue lag raha hai, since the oil is leaking from here and not underneath, get that changed, not an expensive part.

Still looking for PCV valve, found one but that has some kind of metal plate attached

I found some more Seepage as well as shows in pic, pipe coming from tappet cover can be seen covered in oil

Update:

PCV valve is working fine according to the mechanic but engine is weak as when he open the engine oil cap some PHUK PHUK sound coming with minor smoke because of rings gone bad according to him and same reason for Seepage as well

From some more research i got to know that minor smoke is totally fine from engine oil cap...

why you are not believing him ? i mean do you have other doubts ?

Because drive is smooth oil reduction is not major, and the smoke coming from oil cap sounds normal, seepage can be something else
