Honda City iDSI - OBD Scanner shows ignition failure code

So I have a 2006 City iDSI with 70K on the odo, and recently the car has started giving a ignition failure alert on the OBD sensor. I have thoroughly gotten the igntion coils and spark plugs checked, and they all seem to be working fine, and producing enough spark.

What can be the issue.

Thanks, will get it checked. Found an old post about a guy playing around with his city sx8 and he listed the following table of codes from OBD.

Though checking this may require some real work to do but its worth it I guess.
