Honda City Idsi Unstable RPM after tuning

Asalam o alaikum
Mene apni gari ki tuning karwai ha or tuning me mechaninc k Spark plugs change kiye, throttle clean kiya or tappot tight kiye... Before tuning RPM was at 1300... After Tuning RPM was at 1100. tuning karne k bad Mechaninc ne idea diya k tuning k bad STP liquid use krna or phr Kuch miles tak drive karna. I did the same. Mene gari kuch miles tak drive ki or phr park krdi.
Mene evening me gari dubara drive ki or koi 15 miles tk drive ki lekin RPM stable ni ha. Nuetral pe 1100 hota ha. 1st gear me 1500 tak jata ha or gari khud chalti rehti... Gear me chalti hui gari me agar Clutch use kro tw tab RPM 2000 tak chala jata ha or jese hi Clutch release kro tw 1500 tak ho jata RPM. Kindly suggest me what to do...

First get your mechanic tuned and then ask him to redo everything he touched.

If it's a electrical throttle body 2009+ model
Then remember after cleaning throttle body. You have to get it calibrated on scanner. And after this rpm comes back to normal.. If its an manual wire driven throttle body then he forsure have messed with iacv and either it would be stuck or he has placed the iacv wrongly...

It's manual throttle body. He has messed up with iacv.. Or the throttle body itself is worn out.. Cuz once its having dust sticking in, the throttle valve is somehow performing well. But once it's bad and u clean it the debris and dust clears up and air starts leaking in to engine making the rpm unstable... And if throttle valve is good. Then iacv is messing... So in short to get rid of this situation buy a engine pulled throttle body, which is clean and slightly used one... Get that installed and your issue will disappear.

1st try to reset ecu by disconnecting battery fr few minutes...

do idle learn procedure every time power or throttle is disconnected.

Procedure:
To complete the idle learn procedure do this:
remove battery terminal for 1 min before procedure and connect it .

1. Make sure all electrical items (A/C, audio, rear defogger, lights, etc.) are turned off.

2. Start the engine. Hold the engine speed at 3,000 rpm (min-1) without load (in Park or neutral) until the radiator fan comes on, or the engine coolant temperature reaches 80 °C (176 °F) - 100 °C (221 °F).

3. Let the engine idle for about 5 minutes with the throttle fully closed and with all electrical items off.

NOTE: If the radiator fan comes on during this step, the time when it is operating must not be included in the 5 minutes.
