Honda City Keyless entry remote not working

Assalam o Alykum everyone.
I bought new honda city prismatic in January 2019, today its remote key lock button stopped working. Unlock button is working fine. But when i press lock button small led on remote blinks but car doesn't locks. What could be the reason here. Please help!

It happens when one of the doors is not properly locked.
If still problem persists, you should visit honda as your car is under warranty.

If there isn't any visible problem and your car is under warranty, then take your car to nearest authorized Honda Dealership.

To know if your remote is working fine, replace the battery first.
