Need to get this fixed.

Should i buy a new one and get it painted and if so any shop which i can visit in Lahore? Found same one on SehgalMotors but their prices are kinda high.

Or would getting a wrap and applying it will cover the damage? If so any shop recommendation where i don't have to buy full roll and just get this one part wrapped.

not sure of your city but go to any roadside "Bumper repair wala" , they will fix it easily and then you can get it painted properly.
If your in Isb/Rwp go to saddar babu mohalla kashmir road , or Sutan ka khu you'll find alot of these bumper repair guys.
Or you can go to AAA , its near Mekong restaurant in saddar they will repair and then paint it in same faility (got work done from them in 2015)
