I uesd to drive a Margalla some years back. I am 1.9 meters tall i.e. 6fett and 2.5 inches. I had a lot of problem in that car as far sterring wheel and seat gap is concerned. What I did was that I extended the seat railings for another 3 inches by welding extensions to the orignal railings. The seat mounts on the floor were not disturbed. It created an extra space of 3 inches which was quite comfortable. YOu can try this with a help of any good denter / body fitter. The only problem is thatleg room for rare seat occupant becomes too less. If nobody is sitting at the rare seat then you can drive comfortably.
YOu can raise the car body by two methods.(a) Use aluminum or rubber spacers in the shock mount. (b) Can also use springs with more number of turns. These springs will raise the car by 2 inches.
