No one can comment if 13.65 lac is reasonable for 2009 model or not. It all depends upon condition of the car. But if you answer the questions below, people might be able to help.
- Did this car ever had any major accident damaging any pillar?
- How many pieces have been repainted?
- What is mileage of the car?
- Is service history available?
- What is condition of tyres?
- What is condition of clutch plate?
- When was transmission oil changed last?
- When were the brake pads changed last?
- Do seller has all original documents/complete file of vehicle available?
- Is token tax upto date?
These are some of the questions and are directly related to your pocket.
For example if tyres were not changed from last 35-40 thousand kilometers, add another 50,000 to your budget, as good tyres like Yokohama or continentals will never cost less than that.
If the transmission fluid was not changed by last 50,000 kms, then not only you'll have to change it, but you may also get to see problems in transmission components, costing more and more.
So it is completely related to condition.
If everything is in perfect and documented answers are available to above questions, i will personally buy that car anyday for 13.65 lacs eyes closed.
Hope it helps.
