Honda City noise issue

I am having a slight problem in my city that only developed recently but I need to fix it because its annoying. Basically when the car is started from the cold and driven there is a slight noise coming from the front driver side tyre side. I have no clue what it could be. Its like a slight whirring sound which eventually goes away. It comes around when I steer right or, as stated previously, when car is newly started and then goes away after some time. Any help?

It's due to cold weather. I am listening same sound in my 2010 city from last winter, which went away in summer and now again started. It usually comes when hit the speed breakers.

Yes but the noise continues when the car is moving and stops when the car is at a stand-still. Can't be a belt issue because those are much louder and persist in motionless vehicle right?

change the disks.

By disks do you mean the brake disks? But if it was a brake disk problem shouldnt they also make a noise when braking (which is not happening)?

get them checked by mechanic. If those are rusty and completed their life, it will make noise. Not while braking. yes I am talking about front disk brakes.
