Honda City Oil in Spark Plugs

I Have 2013 City Aspire 157000 Mileage, a few months ago head gasket was blown. It was repaired but few days ago while driving I found power dropped significantly, i showed to the mechanic and he said that oil is coming in plugs and plug shorted. He told me to replace engine with kabuli, but I told him to change plug for now. Now plugs are shorting on regular intervals, like 4-5 days and its only two outer most cylinders only. No issue in both center cylinders, should I replace engine with kabuli or there is something else I can do to remove this issue?? I'm currently not in position to change complete engine financially. please help.

Its partially my fault as I didn't checked water rubber pipe was broken, It was raining and water drained completely, I kept on driving, then overheat and check engine light came on. it refused to start. When mechanic checked radiator there was oil mixed in it and creamy mixture under the oil cap. I don't know if opening of cylinder head to replace gaskit has destroyed something else.

Did he checked the head if it had wrapped or not?

if the tappet cover gasket has places for spark plugs then check by replacing that
I see oil in spark plugs regularly in the Japanese 660 cc cars whose tappet gasket has worn out

I guess i will change assembly, engine is in very bad condition and its un recoverable.

When you will swap it you won't know the state of kabli engine..... Better is to get it properly checked rather then guessing and also overhaul if needed instead of swapping...
