My honda city 2010 oil is mixing to water. Transmission oil cooler checked its ok. Head checked and gaskit put new. But still oil is coming. What else it can be. Its like buble of oil come

Yes i flushed it twice and also changed the engine oil. But still oil is coming.

I disconnected radiator. Because where gear oil cooler is. So switch on the engine. Use to put water from water inlet to engine. And let the outlet watch. Water from outlet comes with oil. It can be clearly seen

Head was fine. But faced because just to make its surface smooth and then placed new gasket. There was spot in gasket which seems to be the cause. So we didn't check other things. Gasket seem like at one point there may be leakage. And replaced gasket and sealed the engine. But its been two days i flush whole cooling system daily. But still oil is coming. Does honda city 2010 engine has engine oil cooler? What else place it could be in an engine.

This is not how you clean a cooling system with oil in it, you need a soap added to the water, system run till hot and then flushed upwards not downwards.

The head resurfacing requires a finish smoother than 40ra, which is more like glass.

Did your machine shop have the diamond cutter to do this job? Or did the shop use rotary grinding stones?

I don't know what they used. Well head wasn't bad. There was leakage spot in gasket. Seems like from there oil was escaping. Head was faced just to clean the surface. I don't know how they did it. I'll ask Tomorrow and let you know! Is there possibility that the in galleries still coming. I am thinking to remove the thermostat and then clean the entire system. Will it be helpful?

The issue can also be due to a damaged engine cylinder.
To check, you should remove spark plug one by one and look for signs of oil water mixup.

Ok let me see. I saw it can be checked by compression test. But in my town. No one even know compression test.

I already wrote how to clean the system if it has oil in it. A soap is used and the system run till its hot, then allowed to cool off.

Then flushed from bottom to top, meaning find a replacement lower hosepipe and install a T in it, then introduce clean water in it from bottom T and flush it upwards (oil floats on water).
