i bought my city 2 months back and enjoying my ride its still on petrol . Honda city owners who love thier rides post here pics or just thier emotions for thier ride. please also quote consumption u r getting with it ?

Gives me 12-13km/l in the city , NO A/C.
Good pick . v-tec rules.
Brakes suck . I think its a crime to have disc and drum on anything above 1000cc.
Should have had Cd player and other like accessories but u cant expct too much from local assemblers.
But its pathetic tht thers only 2 speakers.
Love the optitron meters.
No lag with A/C.
I think tht the ride is kind of hard .Cause i also have an optra and tht is smoooooooooooooooooooooth.
Few squeaks and rattles when going on a bumpy road.unacceptable.
Best thing - when u press the 7 speed mode button, the car doesnt directly go into Steermatic mode where u can change gears manually, but gears change at a higher RPM.
so u can drive faster.( not tht i do ofcourse).
Once u press + or - button ur in steermatic mode.
and to tell u the truth steermatic mode is pretty useless.i hardly used it.
useful for hilly areas but im not exactly going to take this car to murree.
It wouldve been much cooler for the car to have a cd changer , 4disc brakes , keyless entry / alarm , steering audio controls etc etc.
Much more useful. and more ppl would probably buy it.
But in the end its a good city car .
And waaaay better than Gli Corolla.Im only saying tht cause GLi is 1.3 manual for 9lak70k.
Steermtic 10lak30k.
Doesnt make any sense . Well , indus motors zindabad.
If honda atlas wants to increase sales of the steermatic they will have to either lower the price or add more features at the current price.

5: awsome pick (trust me on this).. whoever sayz that automatic gears can go stuck or can cause no working or bad they all 101% wrong.
6: four speakers 2 at rear and two on front doors.
7: sony explod casette player.
8: new leather seat covers
9: sports pedals
10: keyless entry
11: power windowz
12: A.c
13: fog lights
14: Its on petrol still no cng bullshit
15: it gives me 14 or 15 km/L beleive me if u dont trsut then cum to ma home with 1 litre price in yr pocket then ride with me then ull know..lolzzz

i tell u guyz all that sooo u people can speculate ma car easily .....
i just luv that privious model of honda city (Exi-S)...its soo huge and sporty.no offense to new city ownerz but i think new model city shape looks like hell.i dont like it.they put more accessoriez in it but no kool shape.i drive ma friends new honda city steermatic and tell u the truth guyz i really dont like it.even when u park the new city its bonnett suxx u cant park it in the middle of two cars.u have to get so cautious.
but my privious modeled honda city kicks a**.its also a luxury car though and one question to honda manufacturers "y dont u make the shapes of 2003 model anymore"???
excellent road grip,excellent pick,excellent sound system,excellent brakes,electronic side mirrors and many more...

I tried to get the optitron for my i-dsi ( 2003) , no luck.
Dont bother asking the honda guys , they don't help at all.
But i suspect if u can get it , itll be really expensive and will prbly have problems. So no point .

Its a good car basically , some quality issues. Im keeping it , no point in selling cause i wont get a good offer. Might as well enjoy it! Maybe after couple of years . Get my moneys worth.

The new city aint pretty but its not even tht bad , im talking abt 2006 model. Theyve improved the looks... , both the i -dsi and V-tec engines kick a**.
And its so spacious , from outside u wouldnt be able to tell. really comfortable. back seat u could fall asleep.
I previously owned a 2001 model. Its a nice car and the shape is way cooler but it lacks in comfort and the suspension is a bit hard.
but nice ride.

Well Everyone defined the "city" well on their part, no let me give a try to it.

I have city 2004 white (Auto).
Excellent cabin (Better than Saloon n Civic)
Excellect Air Condition
Most wide trunk (Fill whatever u can)
Hightech Shape (Better than the new model and previous exi) Easy manuribility
Greater turn radius than civic (again easy manuribility)
EPS (Electronic Power Steering) Better than Hydraulic (Saloon n civicEXI).
Good Grip But not the Best

Now What this car Really lacks:
Worst Brakes (Imagine a 1300cc having two disc brakes operational)
It should have 4 Disc brakes with ABS
And The Auto Gear really sucks
when it just develops a minor fault it will take 20 to 30 thousand to be repaired.

I have same model of City Auto. I agreed with u. Resently i install 16" Rim`s with low profile tyres 195/45/ZR16 in my city, I upload my car pics soon.

dats nice to know man.i think we're partners then....

and if u change the engine and gear oil and do proper tunning of yr car by sum guud mechanic after every 3000 km's. then i bet there gonna be no problem and ur car gonna fly like sum dream car ....

and ali bhai u tell those guyz who think automatic gears in city stuck sumtime or dont work or they need heavy maintance that the're all wrong...if u gonna luv yr car maintain it properly then it will give u best n comfort ride...u know wot i mean...

waisey mashallah new city is not that bad but i hate its shape soooo much.old civic look alike bmw sumtimz if u stare it many timz lolz ........big trunk big bonnett comfortable seats and everything soo big big lolz
