Honda City Power Steering Issue

I have Honda City 2008 Vario (Auto), which i bought 1 year before.
when i bought this, it was gone to right side, not too much but some bit.

I make checked car from some AXLE Wala and other shops and spend about 15,000
to fix this.

after all, all say change its eps or power steering rod. it is making issue.

Kindly guide about it.
