Does anyone of you have Honda City Vario 2004 Service Manual? Or anyone of you have the ideal reading for TPS sensor.
My car is having 2 problems at the moment.
One is that when A/C is running and I am stuck in traffic and pressing the brake paddle again and again, suddenly RPM drops to almost 400-500 and it almost feels like the brakes are failed.
Many mechanics tried to solve this issue. It gets better at that time but later on I find that some other new issues are born. Like a jerk in gear, jerk in between shifting, crazy rpm dropping and increasing.
Last time we successfully managed to get the best combination of Throttle, TPS, Choke and everything. Shiftng, RPM was fine but than the RPM started dropping on multiple paddle press.
I have consult with some A/C technicians as my mechanic suggested that A/C is overloading engine but according to them, A/C is fine, its not overloading.
At last, my mechanic suggested me to find a service manual of honda city 2004 so we may get accurate readings of everything and we set it accordingly. He also has a doubt on the main card (computer) of the car, as he thinks that the settings does not remain same every time even on same positions of butterfly, choke and tps.
A service manual, or expert advice will be highly appreciated.
