Hope you guys are having a wonder full Ramazan, I wanted to ask a question here regarding the power loss of my vehicle or so I feel that it is power loss.
When I was driving this car before I saw that the RPM remained at 2K, I would go up when the car need additional power and I tend to keep a light foot on the pedal, since Steermatics have CVT it always tries to find the best gear ratio hence remaining at 2K RPM to provide a better mileage etc. Since summers have started the car tends to you the AC it didn't show any problems then and the RPM would remain on 2K, however recently I noticed that the RPM with AC on and my light foot on the pedal is under 2K somewhere near 1800 - 1900, once I close the AC it temporarily gains the RPM but then falls back to 1800 - 1900.
When driving in D I use the 7 Speed mode button just to display the gears and automatically the RPM normalize at 2K and remain there until I push the pedal for more power.
Any idea what could be going on? and would you recommend any good mechanic? I have been told about one in I - 10.
What should I get fixed if you guys have ever faced such issues I don't want to be swindled by the mechanics you know how fixing one thing and suddenly according to a mechanic the whole car is falling apart 
I would appreciate your suggestion and advice.
