Honda city strange noise from belt or pulley

There is continuously strange noise coming from belt like Chan Chan jaisay jhunjhunay ki awaz hoti hai. Is it because the belt is too tight due of extremely cold weather or is it pulley or alternative bearing gone bad. Can someone guide me. Recently no work is done. It's just I have started the car after 3 days and noise came.

Had a squeaky noise coming from my car engine, changing the engine belt fixed it your problem might be a different one.

@capsat @Xulfiqar bhai I have applied dry soap on the ribs of belt and the sound has gone almost. I have aplied only on the parts of belt where my hand can go obviously not on the all belt. Now since the sound has almost gone but still I took the car to mechanic to get if checked properly too. He tried to listen the sound by using long iron tool by touching it to different bearings while his ear on the other side of tool. He said everything seems to be fine and he said there is slight noise in water pump bearing which is not much noticeable. Run the car for few days and see if the sound increase I will change the water body. Do you think we are good here or I need to replace water pump bearing as soon as possible

The belt seems to be fine by the looks of it. There was no worn or cracks on the belt. Due to extremely cold weather last night it might get squeeze and after applying some dry soap it got better.

Belts and rubber parts are not tested or inspected by the looks. They work on mileage and life of rubber. So once the rubber expires it starts slippage and gets cracks if you remove it and try to squeeze it the cracks appear.
These belts are good for 30-40k km and if they reach expiry earlier they start slippage. And symptoms of bad belts usually start appearing in winters

Do you recommend me to change the belt and water body bearing on urgent basis or it is something that can wait for sometime?
