Me too like car in its Original form clean & decent ... It's just my little bro (university Going) wants some minor changes like some decent front grill or do something with headlights ... rest it will remain same ... I have seen a silver city with silver grills in it ... will post pic after iftar .... Only wants to do that ! btw nice project ... I'm also a proud owner of SX8 (2002 Silver color Exis) ..

The reference pictures you posted on your thread are total rice, please don't ruin your car and let it stay decent. I'll be glad to help unless it's about a mesh grill, cheap projectors, fiber bodykits, gauges etc.

Installed the Tanabe Sustec Pro today, car rides so much better now, has a better stance and tons of grip compared to the sluggish stock suspension. I really recommend the Tanabe Sustec Pro to anyone whose switching to coilovers.

Adjusted them so there's hardly a 2 finger gap up front while there's a nice 3 finger gap at the back.

You were right, they're pretty soft and I'm sure I'll have no problem using them on a daily driver, a great balance between stability and comfort.

Very opportunistic of you! Being a bit off-topic here, but ive seen youve gotten other parts for the es5 civic too, were those bought online? If yes then what was the delivery procedure? How does the import duty etc etc work out, or is it just direct onlline payment and doorstep delivery no matter what the site? Does it also depend on what region the site in question belongs too?

A day after the swap, the engine bay is a mess right now, still have to work on the detailing and some wire tucking, will clean up the tappet cover, waiting for the denting/painting to finish. Also need to get a new Intake and K&N filter as the current one is right in front of the radiator and probably sucking in warm air, a new battery too.

a lil piece of advice for you.
the place where filter is present atm will let it to inhale hot air(purpose is to breath cold air with rich o2)coz its just above tranny.
so you are going to run lean in that case,which won't fetch full potential.
i'd suggest you to place the filter just behind the headlamp and to relocate the battery in the trunk.a long job but worth the purpose.

It's an easy job, you don't need to change the dash, just take out the panels and spray them silver, you can easily do it yourself, no need to go anywhere.

I always enjoyed driving this more than my Civic, really enjoy the low stance, apart from that for some reason this car always reminded me of my 88 Accord even though it was a whole other make.

Totally agree with you which is why I mentioned this when I posted the engine bay picture

Yeah two door were EM's.
I will, that's the plan, pehlay waiting for bodywork to complete, it's starting tomorrow, will then spend time detailing the engine bay once the car is home for good

Yeah, front tires are 195/50R15 and rear are 195/55R15.

The Selection Of Upgrades & Replacement Id Very Decent Which Personaly I Like Most As To Import Items Is Also Not That Much Easy Job
Quality Work Done .. can't 4Get How U Started From Rims .. Well Done

Engine Bay Is The Heart Of Car & As U Strated Dressing It Up Is Good .. as Moslty Members told U About air filter Change The Postion That's Important, Use Hood Dampers, Try To Hide Wires Or Cover In By Using Black or Red Ducting Pipe etc Infact Nood Need To Tell U How To Do thing As MashAllah U R Alreday Doing Good Job

One Little Advice Is That Keep Ur Concentration For Upgrades On Every Section Of Car & Keep It Simple But Clean.

Yeah I'll be organizing everything once the car is back from the body shop, the air filter is just temporary, along with many other minor parts which I'll change once the work is finalized. As for keeping it clean, I'm not a fan of a lot of cosmetic upgrades so the car will stay clean for sure
