Bro Michelin, Bridgestone, Dunlop, and Yokohama have their authorised importers in Pakistan, and their details are easily available on the internet, and details of some are also available on International websites of these brands. Just to give some examples:

1. Zafar Enterprises for Michelin
2. Sheikh Brothers ( https://yokohama.com.pk ) for Yokohama, and Speed Tyres, Faisal Town, Lahore is one of their authorised dealers.
3. Pakistan Rubber and Tyres company ( http://www.prtc.net.pk ) for Bridgestone

Etc... Etc...

You just need to contact them and inquire how to differentiate between a smuggled tyre, and properly imported tyre. They will give you all the details. And may be, if you request and they oblige, then you may pay online / transfer the amount in their company account, and they might send tyres via bilty to the address you provide.

Smuggled tyre's ring will never be smooth and round completely. Whereas an imported tyre will have a very smooth ring.
