Honda City Vario 2007 Gear & Jerking Issue

Aoa! My car gears seems to be stuck while driving. Most of the time when gear shifts, RPM increases and car jerks. My mechanic is saying k gear needs to be changed as clutch plates have damaged. New gear assembly is around 65K. Changed gear oil as well but issue still persists.

Please guide what to do. Car mileage is 185k.

How about converting it to manual. btw what has been the frequency of oil change of the transmission?

Gear oil change after every ~40k km...

I am using 06 model vario with 183k km on the odo. waiting for its transmission failure which was predicted in 2009 by Honda. since then changing transmission oil after every 35k. which city are you in?

There are no gears in the transmission as it is a CVT. There can be 1 clutch i think that puts it in motion. Cant be of help. other than you have a second option: that is to change the transmission to a manual gear one. and no. 2 buy a half cut airwave and swap everything including engine ABS actuator etc.
