Honda city vario RPM unstability problem

Dear all,

I have a problem in my Honda city vario 2008.
When I put my car in D or R RPM suddenly drops to 600 650 and car starts to vibrate. Sometimes it gives a jerk kind of feeling when I start acceleration in D. But in N or P RPM is stable At 900.
I have seen mechanics many times. Can anyone guide me what's the issue or how it can be resolved?
