any luck with the intake?the one u were getting for 4k was a good option if the filter was neat n clean

Okay so I had some spare time on a boring Friday, decided to check the Cabin filters since I noticed a slight smell of dust coming from the Air Conditioner, a total DIY! BUT the results were rather disappointing or should I say, shocking.

These filters are situated behind the dashboard compartment.

Opened it, the little filter was a bit dirty

Went further on to take out the main filters.

You just have to pull them out

Now to my surprise, where there should have been a filter, there was no filter at all ! Instead, just a pair of dirty plastic filter holders

BOTH of the filters missing !

So yeah, just cleaned the little thingy and put it all back in.

I'm going to Honda tomorrow morning, I'll make sure they have a good explanation for this -.-

This is a filter from an earlier generation of Civic, this proves how effective and important these filters are!

I'll just do a DIY and make a filter myself till I get hold of new ones :mad:

BTW, BOL for ur build. Yer doing it very nice. As for the filters, A damn 2010 VTi Oriel lacks cabin filters, how can yours have them? Bloody honda guyz... :S

Well I never knew Atlas was not installing Cabin Filters, I just contacted them, they apologized and I'm getting them tomorrow, at least they're available here

Haha.. thats cz u never opened the filter tray before, did ya? I never take a honda car out of the showroom unless they show me the cabin filter. (H)

Yeah I never did because it's such low mileage that I didn't expect them to get dirty but still thought checking would be a good idea at this stage

Bro, can u briefly tell me what is meant by tuning up the amp??? and one thing more, did u have to make any additional cuttings in ur doors for fitting in those comps?
