Honda civic 1.8 2018 ac evaporator

Hi,
So besides Road blocks, protests, and no job, news is my civic 2018 ac evaporator seems to be leaking, honda in Lahore checked. Now I don't have alot of car knowledge, is the leak fixable? If no, then, if I ask honda to fix it it about 37k, if I get it fixed outside its about 23k, does that sound about right? Any recommendations?
Also if someone have a good honest guy in Lahore to do this, I ll be grateful.

Coolsun temple road, Lahore. Google for location.
Evaporator needs to be changed and new gas will be filled. Do not fit honda evaporator again as it will leak again. They got different brands in different ranges, you can choose from them.
They will vacuum complete system after fitting and will refill new gas which will be original honeywell. He's the only one I trust in Lahore.

i think honda is changing as it is build in defect fault in civic

Is ac evaporator also known as ac freezer? Is it common fault in honda civic? Mine is 2018, warranty is long gone, but I mean if its a, common issue may be I can fight it?

So, I went to honda again, spoke to claim department very calmly and they said they ll see what they can do, so let's see, I ll update accordingly.
