They are all the same, sluggish and unprofessional, their behavior is driven by parent company as Honda doesn’t care either, if you call it will be unattended and if you email it will remain unresponded, I wish I could suggest a solution but there is none, just wait and don’t let them take your politeness as weakness.
Unfortunately in our country people take politeness as sign of weakness and they will walk all over you.
Make some noise, get loud, make them listen.
