highly disagree with you, HIDS are much better than conventional light due to low visibility in the dark you can spot manholes quite easily while driving, most of the drivers dont even care to swerve to the second lane on the road and thats where HIdS comes in, honda sgould conduct full
investigation which cannot be true otherwise but i higly doubt it was HIDS fault

Owner is asking for and is blamming Sunil and Pakwheels management directly, he even accuses Pakwheels for taking bribe for taking off video i wonder if he has some facts or evidence to back this up? else this can be a classic defamatory case if PW management decides.

The car he admits had blasters and DRL (chrome something with original wiring etc), the person who is questioning is claimed as PAGAL, he has gotten done MEDICAL of the car. 15 years he has been driving Honda (clap) and he says if you don't agree with me than don't post (really?)

IMHO from legal point of view, did he breached the warranty by getting third party accessories installed? answer would be fucking YES, so that's about it and that alone will save Honda even if they are at fault. If it was stock car with the same complaint it would have been a different story but in this scenario company will get shadow of a doubt.

To owner of the car, kindly never accuse and question anyone's IQ just because they don't agree with you? mind your own business, if you share something on social media than be ready to get critics along with people who agree with you.

I myself have Honda Civic since six months now and I agree with your assessment that if person sticks with genuine parts ,such problems don’t arise .

I bought a brand new Honda Civic 1.8L Oriel in 2017 and had driven approximately 9000 km till March 2018. Unfortunately, I had an accident on 7th March 2018 while I was driving home. The car tire was busted and due to loss of directional control the car’s front right side struck the divider in the middle of the road. The car was being driven at approximately 60 km/hr at the time of tire burst. Within seconds the car came to a stop and fire initiated under the steering wheel area. I was present in the car while the fire started, airbag did not deploy, seat belt and doors were locked as I tried to open it. Shortly the fire was almost covering the entire dashboard and front of the car. I was unconscious and as per the witnesses I was taken out of the car by passer and was dumped in pile of sand as my lower body got burned. The car was burnt to ashes. I was taken to the hospital and was treated for second degree burns, fractures, severe bruises and deep wounds. Luckily I was alone at the time of the fire incident but it would have been a different scenario if my family or other people were inside as the fire consumed the car in seconds.

This fire incident was reported to Honda authorities keeping in view to avoid such a fire incident in future saving someone’s life. The accident was further raised to Public Affairs ( Embassy of JAPAN ) but unfortunately no response at all. Although its more then 3 weeks and we are trying to establish communication with Honda authorities to find out the reason for this fire as this is not the first reported case of fire on the similar model. Honda is completely ignoring this fire issue in CIVIC model and trying to play hide & seek.

My car had absolutely NO MODIFICATIONS done to it.

Tthis type of attitude of ignorance from HONDA definitely hurts the potential customers and also such incidents create a fear to buy a Honda vehicle again without knowing the actual cause of this serious fire.

This is for PUBLIC AWARENESS as there are numerous Honda Civic's on the Road and a possible disaster is waiting to happen somewhere, its just a matter of time.

hope you are feeling better now, the lucky factor here is that no one in the car was accompanying you.

Car in no circumstances should catch fire and start burning for no aparent reason.

we should all keep a fire extinguisher below passenger seat should the god forbidden need arise.

That's really really unfortunate. This poses a serious question mark on the quality of cars being produced these days and the so called advanced safety equipment installed in the car that fail to work when disaster struck. Honda's silence in this matter is also criminal.

Hope you have recovered from the tragedy both physically and psychologically. I'd urge to keep pursuing Honda and relevant authorities so that this is investigated thoroughly and something is done by them to improve safety for such incidents.
