Honda civic (10th generation) fuel gauge not working properly

Aoa to all.
I am facing an issue in my honda civic (10th generation)
The fuel gauge is not working properly. Sometime it shows wrong fuel range, some time when the reserve light is on it suddenly shows the fuel level in the middle, when i top up my fuel tank it shows very low fuel
Kindly suggest me the workshop to fix this

The best step is to start with a thorough check-up. You should first look at the sensor inside the fuel tank. This sensor checks how much fuel you have and tells the fuel gauge. If this sensor isn't working right, it can give wrong information.
