Honda civic 1984 (1187cc) water jacket

Aoa guys i wanted to know that i have to buy water jacket located near thermostat valve of radiator so any body guide prom where i can get it as i searched billal gunj and meclode rode but didn’t get it so plz guide from where i can buy it (civic 1984) 1187cc variant.

Can you explain it in more, water jackets are cast in the engine block and cylinder head. Its not a separate part.

The separate parts for a cooling system are

1 radiator - rade atorr
2 thermostat - thermashat
3 thermostat cap/elbow - flange/flunch etc
4 water pump - waturrbaady
5 waterpump housing (hozing) not possible on your civic
6 transfer pipe (waturbaady ka paep)
7 radiator fans - fen
8 welch plug (tikli/sikka) your civic has a total to 3
9 heater bypass hoses (heater paep)
10 overflow tank (botall)
11 Radiator cap (dhakkan)

Which one are you talking about. Infact upload a picture.

This is your thermostat housing, it will be slightly difficult to find for your exact model, you can retrofit a later model one wirh some modifications however, if this is in such bad shape, your other areas in the engine will be equally corroded.

All other surrounding areas of engine are pretty much good but this part and its pipes are completely worn off. So any idea where to get it. In lahore or simply any auto market in pakistan ??

Head to your local scrapyard, you will find it, long ago they were available as made in Pakistan new cast items, not anymore though.

Btw

The corrosion im mentioning would be inside the engine. Not visible. This happens when you run plain water as engine coolant.
