Kindly expert answers
I have 1995 civic EX . 1 month ago my fuel pump went bad as it was not pulling the fuel quite right . I then cleaned the fuel tank for any kind of rust . I changed the fuel . Got my fuel line cleaned and replace the fuel pump. Today it is not pulling fuel again . The other thing is the fuel pump located under the carb feels like not working .
Also i had a weak battery .
So my question is
Does a battery affect directory to the performance of both fuel pumps
And
What should i do , replace the carb fuel pump and check again ?
Before the battery went bad . Fuel pump was working fine
