Honda Civic 1995 long route performance

Please suggest if I should buy 1995 Honda civic 75K original driven, 100% stock. I travel on long routes regularly from Karachi to Islamabad. Is this a reliable car for such long routes specially considering that it is already 30 years old.?

In this case, i would suggest getting a newer vehicle. Because sooner or later, the civic will need work and parts might become a headache
