it depends what u actually want

bumper extenders and body kit will cost u around 15k

there are different type of lights with projectors which can cost u from 12k to 30k depending on your choice

the car u have posted is with Rx8 rims. its up to you what size of rims tires do u want..

1st ones are light w8 rims for 40k.......
2nd walay are for 42k
cromes r for 44k ( i say dnt go for croms dy wont luk gud on yur 95
and da last 4th walay are for 42k.......

and in da 2nd pic i say go for the phantom 17zz dy wil look so hot !
