Honda Civic 1997 Fuel Tank Capacity

Can anyone please guide whats the Fuel Tank Capacity of Civic 1997, moreover what would be the appropriate average per liter. Thanks.

I had a 1998 registered city in pretty good condition. i think 1997 is the same model. fuel tank was 42 liters i think, average was 8-9 in city and ~20 on motorway to lahore (i know the difference between in city and motorway milage is way different than normal, but what can i say) same with CNG ~120KM in city in one tank and then on long route i used to go to sialkot from islamabad on one CNG tank (used to go there every week for job) and then use it for the day, getting refueled next morning.

but current milage of such an old car could be very different based on how well it was maintained...i think...

Thanks. On local, I am getting around 10 km/liter whereas for long route I didn't notice.

Mine is 1997 civic 1997 dual vtec jdm d15b its milage in city is 12 kmper liter on high way about 16 km per liter at moderate speed and gradual throtle not hitting vtec below 3000 rpm when i hit vtec it give hardly 5 to 6 km. My civic does not have oxygen sensor only intake temprature sensor map tps and bypassed my idle control valve due to surg problem and good temperature sensors nothing more complicated never used cng in it

Fuel tank capacity is 45 liters. Averages should be 10+ for city driving and 15+ for long uninterrupted routes, but these greatly depends on your driving style.
