As mentioned by @nfssaad body work would cost you 120 to 200k depending on the type of work you want. Can be done for 80k too.
Theirs a guy who usually has restoration packages any car booth paint, 100/120k.
You want to repair rusted panels or put peices with welding. Lights bumper, new or used, kabuli or repaired genuine or desi.
Expensive paint and low quality paint for 2 liters only costs rs. 10 to 15,000 difference in total costs.
Which is nothing for someone restoring the car. And half months salary for painter. So painters try to cut cost even by rs. 500.
Being present at every step or atlast visit the car under restoration on daily basis is very important.
Else your car would be lying under dirt with very less work being done on daily basis.
Another way out is you do lumsum with someone who fixes this car and you pay someone ( 5 to 10k for super vision and daily updates).
