Honda Civic 2003 VTI Oriel Spark Plugs Suggestion Required

Hello everyone, I have just purchased Honda Civic 2003 and need to know about the spark plug brand and specifications for this perticular model. Its with manual transmission.
Before, starting this thread i have searched in pakwheels auto shop where they are selling NGK plugs, also there are irridium plugs as well. Please confirm which brand and specifications are good also what kind of difference in drive will i feel if I opt for irridium plugs.

buy original oem plugs .. iridum r good but too many fakes plus they slightly reduce fuel average .. ask honda 3s or check manual for oem plugs and then buy from a reputed shop .. cost of 4 plugs would be around 3k

Mileage is 206000 and right now no major problems so far..

I am getting 10kmpl in city. And didn't checked on lomg yet. As far as engine condition is concerned pls have a look at below snap when tappet cover was removed during tuning.

Thank you for your time and guidance, i will surely get that done. I replaced the plugs with NGK ones when the above phone was taken from magic motors model town lahore and i guess they charged me 680 for all 4 plugs.. this means that weren't original.
