MAP sensor.
Usually in honda TPS is set at 0.45v at rest and 4.5v at wide open.

V in 0.45v is volts? How to we adjust it? Mechanically or electronically?

Yes.
you have to measure the feedback voltages. if the obd2 scanner shows tps voltages that with be easy. then loose the screws of tps and adjust it back and forth to your required voltages.
