Honda civic 2005 Prosmatec Automatic Issue

I had repaired transmission last year, and it was working fine until recently. Now, the same problem has come back. After driving for more than 15 km — whether the AC is on or off — I start to feel the issue again. It usually happens when the car crosses 20 km/h. However, if I restart the car, the problem goes away temporarily, but it returns after driving another 15 km. Interestingly, if I press and release the accelerator pedal quickly to pass the 20 km/h mark, the jerking doesn't happen.

Possible issue which i think
1.Transmission Solenoid Overheating or Failing electronic control
2.TPS or IACV Issue
3. Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor
4.Transmission Control Module (TCM) or ECU Software Glitch

Should i change gearoil first to see

please anyone help me out in it what i can be.

There is no separate TCM on this model. The transmission is controlled by the ECU.
Bad or miscalibrated TPS can cause this issue; I have experienced it in my own '03. Get it checked, and clean the shift solenoids.

have already changed TPS yesterday but still giving me same issue.. I'm going to open solenoids clean as well change Transmission fluid sensor as that can be issue i was reading internet and put new ATF. Then see what happened.

Will calibrate TPS again as well may be after TPS replacement it is not calibrated properly.

What was wrong with the old TPS? Did you check it's voltage ranges? If not, get things tested first before replacing them. If your mechanic can't or won't do this, change your mechanic.

Previous one showing ranges out. This is why.

Can anyone share any tunning shop where they tune using volt meter and by scanning properly checking volts and current.
