This ride is not for orthodox people rather the one who can understand the following points:
I bought the Car in 2015 with 43,000 KM on the clock before that I don't know much but after that the following happened and the current reading is 62,000 KM:
The first built in issue in 8th Generation Civic is Power Steering Issue (Since its Hydraulic) so I converted the Hydraulic Power Steering (HPS) to Electronic Power Steering (EPS). EPS was bought from a half cut JDM Honda Hybrid. (Cost PKR 47,000)
Second built in issue is Catalytic Converter, so I removed the catalytic converter but properly (i.e. steel plated are implanted into the system, to mimic the catalytic converter and O2 sensors works fine. Pick up has improved greatly with 13-14 Km/Litre consumption and the only petty thing is on the first start in the morning for 1 minutes the silencer sound is a little high. But that's no issue. (Cost PKR 17,000)
Third issue in 8th Gen Civic are the engine mounting, which I have addressed by installing new ones from Honda. (Cost PKR 32,000)
After the above 3 manufacturing issues in 8th Gen Civic, another thing was since this ride is Black in colour so always been hard to maintain. So I have coated it with nanolex after removing all the swirls and petty paint corrections including engine bay, tyre rims and all glass/sunroof. (Cost PKR 35,000)
1 month back Michelin Energy Saver Italy 205 width installed. (Cost PKR 48,000)
Sound deadening done by installing Jambolan sheets in all 4 doors. (Cost PKR 18,000)
When I bought the car, there was a slight grinding noise in Transmission when idle. It wasn't such an issue as drive was perfect but I want perfection so I drove for one year but then changed the gear and again from a half cut JDM Honda installed a perfect smooth gear. (Cost PKR 36,000)
Recently new Navigation installed.
Driven on high octane only.
Floor matted completely.
Recently all lubricants changed along with original Honda disk pads. (Cost PKR 55,000)
One thing I would like to make clear, I am the fourth owner. But you can see in the documents, the first owner just kept the car for 2 months and the second owner also again for few months and then Chaudhry Sb. whom I know kept it for his son who only use to drive from F-11 to Bahria University for 2 years and then I bought it.
Demand fnf 17.5 K. No negotiations please. Like I said the ride is for only that person who understand a the worth of a well kept 8th Gen Civic. Reason for selling is as I keep a car for 2 years then change so my Plans are to buy a 9th Gen Civic Now. So a change mechanism is possible if you have a well kept 9th Generation Civic (2014-15) in black or silver colour (Key to Key Change only). 03125888111
