i been threw this discussion a lot so let me help you on this .
1st even if you do get a clean car with low millage but there always be some kind of doubt in your mind.some idiot friend who has no idea of a car will tell you "oh yar teri gadi pai yeah masala hai and you wont be able to sleep next morning you will go to an idiot mechanic for little money he will say your friend is right ..
2nd you will have to get some kind of fixes in the car maybe little bit because you never know how the previous owner drove it or what he did with it ...
And now if you get a new car you will be in piece of mind for atleast 4 years you would know what the car is what kind of problem it has .so i would say get a new car if you want worry free time .
no doubt civic is far better but a worry free sleep is a big thing at-least for me ..and second of all lets be honest who has time or hassal to go to mechanics every day and buying a 16 lak car you would atleast end up spending lak more and dude trust me civic spare part is not cheap ,every time i go to a mach i always have my fingers cross and prey yar koi nawi khap na nikal aye ..and honestly i would prefer a brand new cultus over a civic atleast its brand new ...
