I have a 2012 honda civic reborn vti oriel prosmatec, I don’t know much about modifying cars but i’ll rely on you guys to help me.. i want to tweak the hp to 250.. any idea how can that be done ? Engine swap? Any information will be help full.. i have a budget of 1.5 million

Adding turbo can give your car more power. Not sure if you can find a shop that can do it.
