Atlas will need to put their act together to make the launch of the new civic successful. If they lower the instrument level, chances are the vehicle will not be a hit. I any case the shape stands as a sore point, so in my opinion, if the they break the 2.3 million threshold within which JDMs and PKDMs are currently priced with a accessories such as; auto wipers, auto lights, cruise control, navigation, parking sensors, OBD, leather seats, VSA, auto windows, 16-17" alloys, neon and HID lights, triptronic trans, hifi sound systems and the works, the vehicle will not register with its traditional buyers that expect after 6-7 years at least the aforementioned equipment in the top of the line variant.
Its sad if atlas has overlooked this detail and has not kept up with the pace of technological up gradation. The other option would have been to continue with the same shape and increase the instrument level to compete with the JDM market. Lets hope this registers with the atlas team working on the launch of the new model.
