Honda civic 2018 Tracking world in dash entertainment software update

I've honda civic 2018 and civic 2021, new in dash entertainment in 2021 is completely different from 2018 in terms of features, i need to know if it is possible to update 2018 software to get the latest features?
If yes, how?

Tracking world helpline is not responding at all, they're diverting calls from one person to another and finally hang up the call.

I'm faisalabad based and there's no official presence of TW.

Please guide and give your valuable input.

I can feel it. They're not responding at all, i even needed pre out cables (multimedia cable out) for this system and they said come and visit us in faisal Town but we can't dispatch to you.

But aren't there people outside TW who can update softwares?

Mene is bar civic ke booking mey navigation miss krwai thi, yehi plan tha pioneer wala, kuch pata kia to maloom hua k achi pre lac plus mey hai or fitting b genuine jesi nai hoti, phr dubara booking mey changes kiye or navigation k sath le hai, 2021 wali gari ke navigation considerably achi perform kr rahi hai or features b better hain 2018 sey, isliye i was asking if i can get my 2018 updated to get same software I've on 2021

Nhn bhai meray dost may last month nikalwai hai new se. wo 1-1.5 lac for pioneer is worth every penny. Ye shit hai no matter what we call it.

2018 Navi is android 6 and 2021 is Android 9. Both units are manufactured by different companies in China and different hardware. Android 6 unit can’t be upgraded Android 9.

I am sorry but i didnt experience myself but 2 months ago one of their high offical told me that we got shift on Android 9. May be new units not arrived yet or Honda is clearing their old stock. Even they shifted on 9, its junk at very high price.

Hi, I am facing a memory Issue in the TW Navigation. Apps cannot be installed due to insufficient memory. Android System settings show a total of 1.45 GB memory whereas the Car Settings show a total of 16GB internal memory. Can anyone else face the same issue?
